Master Your Emotions

The build up of unexpressed emotion can and will eventually blow up...it's usually not pretty and often causes more harm than it would have if we'd released the emotion to begin with. In this module I teach you the practical tools to let go of stuck emotions that drain your energy. I also teach you how to navigate hard conversations and express yourself in times of conflict so that you stay in your power and out of the guilt and shame that come from pointing the finger at someone else. Radical responsibility leads to radical results.



MODULE 04 Release & Resolution

Did you know that you have an iceberg inside your skull? Let me explain. Just like an iceberg, your mind is comprised of two parts: the part that’s visible (above the surface) and the part that’s hidden (below the surface). We’ll call the visible 5% your Conscious Mind, and the hidden 95% your Subconscious Mind. Another word for Conscious is intentional, because it represents CHOICE. The Subconscious which is running the majority of your life and is responsible for the results you're getting runs on AUTOMATIC.. Until we make the unconscious, conscious it will continue to run our lives and we'll continue to call it fate, bad luck or God's will. In this Module we start to see what's really going on beneath the surface.

MODULE 02 Programs, Patterns & Triggers

Most of us were never taught how to properly process or express emotions. We grew up learning about what emotions were good or wrong to express by the adults in our lives. Based on the model we had many of learned to ignore, avoid and suppress painful emotions and constantly seek out pleasurable ones even if that means going to extremes to do so. Much to our surprise, if we don't process and release the emotions we experience we unconsciously recycle and repeat them having the exact adverse result we hoped for. It's time to stop avoiding, numbing, and distracting. You have to feel if you want to heal. drops danish. 



MODULE 03 Suppression & Expression

As humans, we need to feel safe, but most of us are so disconnected from our bodies that we tend to focus on things outside of ourselves to feel safe, like money, partners, career, or our home environment to show us the compassion we withhold from ourselves. The truth is we have to learn to do this for ourselves and your body is the safest place to be. It’s time to come home to yourself. In Module one of the course, I will guide you through meditation for cultivating self-compassion, we'll explore the difference in emotion and feeling, and I will teach you how to raise your emotional vibration when you're in. an emotional spiral.

My sister did. Her life was just taken from her.

My parents did. Because their daughter was deeply suffering. 

Who am I to be upset? How dare I complain?
I should be grateful for my health and the fact that I have the luxury of stressing over school and grades that my sister would literally die for.

She passed away 2 years later. 

Years passed and I unconsciously held onto the emotion and the beliefs that it created.

I am now 25 and I live in a penthouse apartment on the San Diego bay with my boyfriend who was a MLB baseball player.

I don’t have to work, travel often and have all of the luxuries of life.

I broke through the biggest emotional block that was holding me back from the deep connections & purpose I longed for. I had built an invisible wall around my heart for years.
It all started when I was 18 and sister was diagnosed with cancer.
I remember it vividly.

My family and I were having breakfast together crying before we left to check Anna into the hospital.

In that moment I created a belief that in order to be a “good daughter” and not cause my family any more pain or stress I needed to “be strong.” I needed to focus on getting good grades, staying out of trouble & being supportive.

I didn’t think I was allowed to be sad.

so what happened?

But on the inside I never felt more purposeless, depressed, and alone.
I repressed it all. Put on a smile and pretended life was good.

Again the belief showed up, “who am I to complain or be upset?”

“You should be grateful. How can you be unhappy? Something is wrong with you.”

I didn’t feel like I could tell anyone what I was actually feeling. I felt guilty, broken and ashamed.

Eventually the repressed emotions started to show up in my body…

I had unexplained headaches, mood swings and my hormones were out of control. I felt tight and tense and ended up on antidepressants for the first time.

On the outside it looked like I had it all. 

i'll be honest. . . 

I found myself in a fit of range on the floor of my apartment shaking and crying. Everything came pouring out and I finally released all that had been locked inside.

I felt relief for the first time. But I had no idea just how deep these beliefs ran or what it would take to heal them. The relationship I was in naturally expired and I committed fully to my personal healing.

I began learning tools and techniques to help me express myself authentically and shift stuck emotion. I learned how to process what I was feeling in a healthy way instead of exploding on the people I loved. I stopped avoiding hard conversations and began welcoming them into my life.

It took time, but I started feeling like I was walking on a lighter frame.It was lied these invisible anchors that were holding me down... 

I began to heal from the inside-out.

until one day i did...

I was like a dormant volcano waiting to erupt.
